They said yes.
Keep the momentum.

When a seller says “yes,” keep the conversation moving toward a signature. A 5–10 minute hold to research the property, run the numbers and write the contract can give them time to second-guess the deal—or talk to someone else.

DealRivet keeps the research, numbers and paperwork together. With your details and terms ready, send the contract in as little as 1–2 minutes, while they’re still on the phone.

The usual process
5–10 minutes on holdSeparate tools. Repeated data entry.
  1. 1Put the conversation on holdLeave the seller waiting while you research.

  4. 4Build the contract manuallyFind a template and type in the property and terms.
  5. 5Switch apps to get it signedUpload the document and send a separate signing link.

“Give me a few minutes. I’ll call you back.”The seller waits. The momentum slips.

Understand the seller and choose a workable plan

Recorded ownership & property facts

Check the record before taking the conversation further.

Compare the recorded owner with the person you’re speaking to and review occupancy, ownership length, taxes, and property size. You have facts to ask better questions and know what still needs confirming.

A more informed seller conversation from the first call.
Seller brief & notes

Negotiate around what the seller actually needs.

Save motivation, condition, timing, and your ownership-review notes with the property. Reopen the lead knowing why they want to sell and what you agreed to discuss next.

Keep the context needed for a relevant offer and follow-up.
Novation planning

Price out another route when the cash terms don’t line up.

Enter the seller’s agreed net and target listing price. The plan subtracts your entered commission, closing costs, improvements, and concessions to show projected proceeds, with the broker details and agreement draft attached.

Evaluate the proposed novation numbers before committing more work to that approach.
Deal preparation checklist

See the missing step before the deal moves on.

The lead checks whether the seller brief, ownership review, deal numbers, contract attachment, buyer, and closing details have been recorded. It points you to the next unfinished preparation step.

A clearer path for beginners and fewer details to remember as your pipeline grows.

Work more leads without losing the next step

Lead imports & duplicate review

Bring your list in without manually rebuilding it.

Upload a CSV and review missing information and duplicate rows before importing. Start working valid leads in the CRM without turning a messy list into repeated follow-up work.

Less re-entry and a cleaner list to work from.
Pipeline & daily priorities

Choose today’s work from the leads that need you.

Track each property through contacting, negotiation, contract, buyer placement, and closing. The daily view highlights overdue tasks and waiting replies so an active opportunity stays visible.

Spend your attention on the next action instead of checking every record one by one.
Appointments & calendar export

Keep the walkthrough and its instructions together.

Schedule seller calls, walkthroughs, buyer showings, and closings with the contact, property, and access notes attached. See overlapping appointments and export the event to your calendar.

Arrive knowing where to go, who to meet, and what to discuss.
Workspace search

Find the promise you made without hunting through tabs.

Search addresses, names, phone numbers, and words from messages across the workspace. Open the matching lead or conversation directly when a seller or buyer calls back.

Get back to the right record quickly during a live conversation.

Move buyer interest through to a recorded result

Buyer response tracking

Know who has an offer and who needs another conversation.

Record each buyer’s latest interest, offer amount, question, showing request, or reason for passing. Review the active buyers and choose the closing buyer from the same deal.

Follow up with interested buyers using the actual discussion you recorded.
Buyer-facing package preview

Check the buyer’s view before exposing private deal details.

Build a preview with property details and buyer-facing numbers while leaving private seller notes and internal fee fields out. The local preview lets you inspect that presentation before live sharing is enabled.

Prepare a clear opportunity without copying your whole internal lead record into the pitch.
Files, photos & document library

Keep the evidence with the property it belongs to.

Attach contracts, photos, and estimates to the lead, and keep edited PDF copies in the workspace library. Your next conversation starts with the supporting material within reach.

Less time searching downloads and separate folders for the right file.
Closing details & actual results

Keep an expected fee separate from money you’ve received.

Track title contacts, deposits, inspection deadlines, closing dates, and outstanding items. Record fees received and expenses so the deal’s actual result stays separate from projected income.

See what remains before closing and what the deal actually returned afterward.

Texting requires separate approval and prepaid credits.

Getting started

What is DealRivet?

DealRivet is an all-in-one CRM for real estate wholesalers. It connects property and equity research, sold comps, seller texting, a business email inbox, wholesale and novation contract templates for all 50 states, PDF editing, addendums, online signing, buyer deal sheets and title research in one deal workspace.

How is DealRivet different from using separate wholesaling tools?

Most wholesalers combine a property-data site, a comps tool, a texting app, an email account, contract templates, a PDF editor and an e-signing service, then copy the same deal into each one. DealRivet keeps those jobs in one workspace organized around the property, so seller notes, conversations, deal numbers, documents and buyers stay on the same record. Contract templates for all 50 states and D.C., the PDF editor, addendums and online signing are part of the workspace. Texting and paid research keep their own approval and prepaid credits.

Who is DealRivet built for?

DealRivet is built for solo real estate wholesalers and businesses that want property details, seller notes, deal numbers, buyers, and paperwork together. Owners can invite employees with separate logins and choose Leads, Disposition, or both. Disposition access focuses on signed deals and buyers, while the owner controls team and business settings.

What happens after I create an account?

Verify your email and your workspace opens right away with sample leads, so you can look around before you pay. Adding your own leads, running property lookups and sending documents begin when you start your plan: US $49.99 for the first month, then US $99.99 per month. Starting the plan clears the sample leads.

Access and messaging

Does DealRivet include a business email address?

Yes. Each workspace gets its own business email address at dealrivet.com with an inbox, threads, attachments and a Files view, at no extra cost. Send offers and deal sheets, receive photos and documents, and save attachments to the lead they belong to. Production sending and receiving use the connected email service; the local preview saves messages without delivering them.

Is texting included with signup?

Texting requires separate approval and prepaid credits. Sending also depends on a configured business number, provider registration, recipient consent, and the workspace's spending settings. Account approval alone does not enable texting.

Property research

Can DealRivet show a property's mortgage balance and equity?

Property lookup can return available estimated mortgage balance, value, equity, recorded ownership, and property facts through the connected data source. Coverage varies, and a missing field stays missing. These are research estimates; confirm current loan payoffs, liens, and ownership with the appropriate source before relying on them for a transaction.

How does DealRivet help me compare wholesaling and novation?

Use the available mortgage and equity estimates to screen the opportunity, then enter your deal assumptions. Wholesale numbers connect purchase price, repairs, and projected assignment fee. The conditional novation plan records seller proceeds, target resale price, commissions, and other selling costs. You choose the route after reviewing the numbers and applicable requirements; the CRM does not guarantee that either route is viable.

Contracts and documents

Are wholesale and novation contract templates included?

Yes. The generator includes wholesale purchase-agreement drafts and conditional novation/resale-plan drafts for one to four residential units in all 50 states and D.C., populated from saved seller, property, and deal details. You do not need to buy a separate template pack to use these included drafts. A separate assignment agreement and later replacement-buyer novation documents are not currently generated.

Can I email contracts for online signing?

Yes. Once you have reviewed the agreement and confirmed it, DealRivet emails it as a PDF to each recipient. Each recipient receives an individual link to review and sign, and the CRM retains signing progress and completed copies. You are responsible for your contract terms; DealRivet provides templates and e-signing, not legal advice. Sending requires the email connection. Local preview does not send real invitations.
