Employee access and website lead intake for wholesale teams
Keep your own website and give each employee a clear area of work. New seller inquiries enter the business's workspace with their source and arrival date, while the owner controls team access and assignments.
Connect the seller form you already use
Create a Website lead source and keep its private connection key on your website server. Send mapped seller and property fields with a unique submission ID. Customers who need a form can use an optional hosted link or embed. Each connection writes to its own workspace.
Review incoming leads before first contact
New inquiries appear in New and Today with readable arrival age. Opening the record leaves it in New; Mark contacted moves it to Contacting. Possible duplicate submissions await review and do not silently replace existing seller details.
Invite your employees
Enter first name, last name and email, then choose Leads, Disposition, or both. The employee receives an expiring invitation and sets a password for that email. Research spending is a separate permission, and employee access does not include owner business or team settings.
Assign work and hand off signed deals
Assign lead handling and disposition independently. Leads staff work seller leads and follow-ups. Disposition staff work signed deals, approved documents and buyers, including recording who purchased a deal. Owners can change permissions and remove access. Assignments organize responsibility; they do not replace role permissions.
Questions about this workflow
How do I bring my leads into DealRivet?
You can add leads manually, review and import a CSV list, or save a property lookup to your pipeline. Imports show validation and duplicate-address issues before saving. Connect your existing website form to your workspace using a private server connection, or create an optional hosted seller form and share or embed it. Submissions record their source and arrival date; possible duplicates go to a review queue.
When does a lead leave New?
Opening a lead or saving notes leaves it in New. Mark contacted moves a New lead to Contacting. Each lead shows when it arrived, such as 1 hour ago or 2 days ago, with the exact received date available. Older records without a recorded arrival time show that the date is unknown.
How do I give employees access?
The workspace owner enters an employee’s first name, last name and email, chooses Leads, Disposition, or both, and sends an invitation. The employee uses the invitation link to create a password for that email. Owners can change permissions or remove access. Employee permissions are checked by the server for data and actions, and research-credit spending is controlled separately.
Is my business data kept in its own workspace?
Each customer receives a separate workspace. Leads, buyers, documents, and customer actions are scoped to that workspace. DealRivet is separate from the owner's AZ Home Cash panel; that panel's leads and messaging numbers do not feed into customer workspaces.
