Contract drafts, email delivery, and online signing
Keep the seller's agreed terms with the property instead of rebuilding the paperwork in several services. DealRivet connects saved deal details to contract drafts and, once you have reviewed the agreement, to individual signing invitations and retained completed copies.
Choose the property state and draft structure
Use the state's available wholesale purchase agreement or conditional novation/resale plan. Confirm parties, address, price, dates, and other agreed terms. Draft availability does not settle licensing, disclosure, or closing requirements.
Review the agreement
Check the document content and the applicable state and closing requirements, and have it reviewed by a local attorney or closing company if you are unsure. You confirm the review when you send it; DealRivet provides templates and e-signing, not legal advice.
Send individual signing invitations
With the production email connection active, email the agreement to its recipients as a PDF. Each recipient uses their own signing link. Review the recipient details before sending; a local preview does not deliver real emails.
Retain the completed agreement
Track signing progress and keep the signed copies with the deal. Confirm effective dates and deadlines from the agreed contract terms. An arbitrary upload or edited PDF is not automatically part of this generated-contract signing workflow.
Questions about this workflow
Are wholesale and novation contract templates included?
Yes. The generator includes wholesale purchase-agreement drafts and conditional novation/resale-plan drafts for one to four residential units in all 50 states and D.C., populated from saved seller, property, and deal details. You do not need to buy a separate template pack to use these included drafts. A separate assignment agreement and later replacement-buyer novation documents are not currently generated.
Can I email contracts for online signing?
Yes. Once you have reviewed the agreement and confirmed it, DealRivet emails it as a PDF to each recipient. Each recipient receives an individual link to review and sign, and the CRM retains signing progress and completed copies. You are responsible for your contract terms; DealRivet provides templates and e-signing, not legal advice. Sending requires the email connection. Local preview does not send real invitations.
Are the contracts automatically approved for every state and title company?
No. The draft library has state-specific purchase and conditional novation templates, but template availability is not legal approval. The final packet has a review gate for state requirements and the selected closing arrangement. The applicable attorney, title, disclosure, and transaction requirements must be addressed before the packet is approved for signing.
